All items sound amazing and what a first piece to buy!Technically a little silver oil lamp I inherited from my great-great grandmother. I think I may have bern given little gold knot studs as a baby but if so I lost them ages ago. So the first REAL Tiffany piece was the Enchant platinum and rose-cut diamond flower pendant I recently purchased after saving for over a year.Unfortunately it will be a very long time before I can afford another piece, but at least I now own my dream jewelry item!
My first piece was a bead bracelet with the blue enamel heart. It was a left over party favor from my friends daughters sweet 16 party. One of her friends couldn't make it so he gave it to me.
Paloma Picasso heart earrings and x's in yellow gold when I was 5. Wore the heart pair today!
I believe my first purchase was either Tiffany Twist Knot earrings or Tiffany Beads earrings about 12 years ago 
Elsa peretti bean earrings in rock crystal. DH gave them to me for my birthday, and I lost one the very first time I wore them. I looked everywhere but could not find it. Luckily I was able to order a replacement!
Elsa Peretti small open heart necklace. Found the receipt awhile again and bought it only for 80 USD!
Silver heart tag bracelet @ 2004.
I wore it everyday until it tarnished. I couldn't figure out how to get it looking new even with the Tiffany silver cleaner I had bought. Just looked at the instructions again on the silver cleaner. DOH!
I was supposed to let the spray DRY before wiping it off. Anyway, I found that the Connoisseurs Silver dip worked wonders. 
I wore it everyday until it tarnished. I couldn't figure out how to get it looking new even with the Tiffany silver cleaner I had bought. Just looked at the instructions again on the silver cleaner. DOH!
