What to wear with these pants..American Apparel.

I am trying to find something to go with these American Apparel pants...I plan on wearing them to the Madonna concert!yay

Would something bright or some sparkle be to much with these pants?

I have another question..Do you Spanx really work?

I love leggings like that. I think if you're going to Madonna then pretty much anything will work.

Some people would probably laugh at me for wearing Spanx since I don't need them (5'7'', 115) but they work for me. Again, I don't really have anything to suck in, but they are comfortable under tighter clothes.

i think an oversized white t-shirt with silver or gold paint splashed over it would look great with these, and throw on some huge jewelry to compliment the outfit.
