I got my 1st Coach bag in 11/05..Since that time I have a few Coach bags and I do not buy any other labels...Before Coach, I'd buy from walmart, tj-maxx etc...I love that I have found good quality bags and Long lasting as well....
I have to add that I was 36 when I found my 1st Coach Outlet. So I wished I had known about Coach before then, but I have made up for it since then, not so much with bags, more accessorie's and charm's:)I do have to say again that my 1st Coach was a Soho Suede Demi Flap in the most gorgeous color, Flint, and that bag still looks new.I don't carry it anymore, but it will always remain in my Coach Collection. Now I just carry a Coach Factory Tote, in which is made very well, imo:)

I had a few Coach bags in high school then on my 19th bday my dad bought me my first LV bag. I loved the sturdiness of LV bags and thats what drew me back to them...I started saving more and more and then bought more! lol Now i'm happily addicted to Chanel...I should slow down but I don't plan on stopping any time soon! :smile1:

My mom has always loved LV and I always went to the store to help her choose what to buy.. I got to try on bags too. My first year in college I went to a Coach outlet and bought a wristlet. From there I started looking online at different brands and styles. My mom bought me my first Chanel and from there I ventured into Balenciaga and now I love all 3 brands

Who knows, I was 3. Seriously, I use to make my mom buy me purses to keep these little dolls I had in. I also use to walk around on my toes because I had my "heals" on. I remember this all quite clearly because I lost a handbag a Disneyland and it ruined my vacation, even Mickey and Minnie couldn't make me happy. My one dear Grandmother had the passion, I think it's hereditary.

I went for years without carrying a bag, mostly carried diaper bags or just a wallet. About 10 years ago, on a trip to Vegas, I walked into the Dooney Bourke store. Bought a black signature bag (the only bag I refuse to sell!) and have been addicted to handbags every since. I must say though, diaper bags have come a long way since I used to carry them!

At 17 I got into the university course of my dreams and my Nanna promised to buy me a bag to use there. The only one I found at my local shopping centre was a large Guess bag. So that was it!

My parents scoffed when I bought a $450 Mimco bag two years later ("it was on special") but now I've entered the land of LV and Chanel..definitely not looking back haha

As a kid in NJ we use to always go to a park on the Hudson.. The office ladies would go to lunch and walk around there in their suits and what is now Vintage Coach bags.. I just loved the elegant look to this very well made bag..that is what started it..

For me, it all started in Fall 2001 in Milan at the Gucci store. Now I have over 30 high end designer bags. I don't buy too many pieces unless I LOVE it. I don't have the room to hold any more. If I get a new one, I have to get rid of one. Which is really hard.

I always loved purses but it wasn't until SATC that I really started taking notice. When Carrie carried the Dior Saddle Bag I was hooked. That was my first high end designer bag. I now have 22 bags and am contemplating a room addition to house my growing collection, lol.

One of my friends when I was a freshman in high school had this really cute purse and I was interested in what it was.. I believe it was a Dooney & Bourke purse and it was the IT barrel bag.. I believe is what the name is.. it was around 165$ which back then I thought was crazy expensive for a purse.. Haha.. but yeah.. start off with Dooney.. then Coach.. and now i'm in love with Louis Vuitton.. next.. Chanel! Wahaha.. =D
