I never heard back after sending pics to customer service of my new wallet with glue leaked on the outside of the zip. I am only asking for a swap of the same item. Thus far, I was given a ticket number, but never heard anything back after a second attempt. How long does it take to hear back from damaged items? How many damaged items could they have? Surely, not that many.

I just received my chocolate MAB from endless. I am not sure whether to keep it or return it. The colour is a little more orange than I thought and I actually want the black MAB with blue zipper, but the price of this one was too good to pass up with the endless sale and 20% off. Its also made in USA with the old strap. Oh, what to do, what to do?
