I don’t think they will be able to promise an exchange on such a hard to get item, because they don’t have one to give you.
You have two options - return for a full refund and try your luck in finding another one OR - keep what you have and be happy you have one.
The situation is unfortunate but that what it is [emoji52]

i have a new card so i haven’t remembered my debit card numbers like usual. I had a victorine wallet in my cart ... didn’t want to go downstairs to get it. Took a nap and went to get my card and it’s sold out . ugh literally how long does LV take to restock? Is it random??? Because I’m just so sad lol.

I know this will put me in the running for a seriously unnecessary purchase, but I'm still thinking of getting the dog leash. I will probably not get the collar because my pup wears a harness. His harness won't match the leash but in the chilly weather he wears a sweater so that would cover up the harness.

Once you place in cart you should immediately check out. I have placed items in my cart before and as I was directed to the check out page, the item showed out of stock. I know it is so frustrating!

I decided against the LV leash and collar. The leash because it was too short for me and if made walking him akward. The collar because my dog likes to jump in ponds and I don’t think the canvas will be in a good shape after a year of use.
In the end I purchased a bison leather collar and leash from Hunter and now my dog who usually dislikes a collar is fine with it as it is very comfortable (extra soft and padded on the inside of the collar) it also still looks like new after about a year of use.
