I’m curious...so why do u continue buying stuff you don’t use? Is it because you have a lot of money? Or...a lack of self control? Or do u like to hoard? I don’t mean this in a nasty way...n you can probably afford it, but why? And you always seem to be laughing about it too. I find it kinda perculia and you did say you’re a 60 year old grandma right? So why do you continue buying stuff you don’t use?

Congratulations, this is the rudest thing I’ve ever seen posted on this site. The person you’re attacking is kind and helpful, but I guess that’s how keyboard warriors work.

I just got my Favorite MM DE, too, after months of stalking the online store. But of course (as I had a bad feeling about), the canvas is not smooth and is bumpy and has dents. The date code is the first week of 2019. It must have been used and returned. I’m very disappointed. I called customer service to exchange but they were of no help. One person told me to just send the bag to their flagship store and wait for an exchange and that I would have to pay for the shipping and I wouldn’t have any number or email to call to follow up. Like, are you kidding me? What if my bag got lost? How would I get my refund? The rep muted his line so I would have no choice but to think we got disconnected and hang up. I was kind and polite the entire time. So upsetting..:,( Sorry for rant.

If it is within the 30 day return window, you can return your purchase at any “stand alone” LV store for full refund. I ordered an item an had it shipped to the LV in Neiman but it was a double purchase so I had to return. My CA at Neiman was nice enough to do the whole return process for me so I didn’t have to be bothered with UPS etc.

I ordered online but only after months of refreshing the page. Anytime I’ve called customer service they said they can’t help me because they have no stock anywhere in the entire country (US). They said they no longer have waiting lists for it. The phone customer service is very inconsistent. I get a different response depending on who I speak with. But what is the same each and every time is as soon as the words ‘favorite mm’ come out of my mouth they automatically decline to help lol Like they have been trained/instructed to not assist with tracking down a favorite.

Why did you just send it back? They give you the label and you can even do the return from your account without calling them now. Why stress yourself over it?

This is exactly what I did around the 1st of the month. I’m now just waiting to receive it. Unfortunately I havn’t received any kind of timeframe or other communication from LV except when I placed the order. It said I would be notified when shipped but I could track its progress online by using MyLV account yet it doesn’t show up in my orders where I can tracks its progress. I’ll just be patient cause I don’t want to deal with their CS by calling and asking about the order.

I just picked up my DE Favorite MM from the store, and luckily didn't see weirdness to most of the canvas, but it did look a bit bumpy in the back in a small area. Interestingly, it was made around the same time as yours, 1st week of 2019. My datecode was SD0119. It doesn't look used though, the plastic is still on the hardware and the ebene strap does not look like it was ever put on the bag. I'm sorry your bag has bumps in obvious places...I'd be pretty angry too.

Yes, I do have the return label. I’m not sure what you mean about stressing over the return shipping, though. I’m only stressed because the canvas is all bumpy, especially in the back, and this being a hard to get item I’m a little disappointed that its not in better condition. If I send it back, I may never be able to find one ever again. I called the 800 number to see if they would do an exchange but they were of no help :/
