It's ok. If it was earlier this afternoon, that was my cancelled one. It's not the end of the world given what has been going on and I want to count my blessings. its just hours and hours of refreshing and to have this happen the second time around is so disheartening. I just feel like I'm being punished and I havn't even broken any rules.

There is only so much the client advisors can do to help us. Their website is run by an algorithm and will flag your account for XYZ but with all technology, there are always issues.

She also reconfirmed that you are not allowed more than 6 bags/slgs within 4 weeks and more than 8 transactions (any type including returns) within 8 weeks.

That's what the advisor told me as well. Let's hope I can snag another but she suggested for me to make a separate profile with a different email in case, but it will still be my name and billing/shipping address and well I can't really use my husbands.. because he would kill me lol :(

I called about the cancellation as well and was advised that my order could have been canceled because someone else was purchasing and you only get 3 attempts of that same item before you can not buy it.. so you have to use a different email address.

I thought they went by the address so making a different profile might not help...

Oh really? See this is what is so frustrating, different information by different client advisors and all we want to do is follow the rules. I'm going to set up a seperate profile and stalk on that one and see, it's the only way I can see if it will go through because I don't want me regular profile to be banned/blocked. Sigh. So so so frustrating. Thanks for everyones help though.
