It takes about a day or two. I went with regular shipping tho. I ordered on Thurs and got a shipping notification on Fri. if you ordered Fri night you probably won’t get a shipping notification until Mon.

Stalked for months for mini pochettes in DA & Mono. A few times I was at my boutique in 2019 and once this year they were never there. Yesterday I was able to get Azur online. This morning around 10am looks like I was able to secure ( order in preparation 3 hours later ) mini pochette in monogram.
Question: has anyone had luck with Favorite this week? I’d love that bag in Azur.

*CANCELLATION ISSUES* - must read as this may be helpful for some of you!
Hi everyone, first and foremost, I would like to send positive thoughts your way and hope everyone is staying safe.

I have had issues this past week with an order that did not go through and was cancelled and I assumed it was because I hit my limit. Upon further investigation, I was within my limit even with my returned items (still not sure if returned items count as part of your monthly limit, noone could tell me) Yesterday, I was able to snag the Vanity PM in which I have been stalking for over a month. I couldn't believe it and was so anxious I called client services. They said my order looked fine, I asked about the item limit, she said it looks fine and should go through. She said it was just pending express shipping approval since they waived it and she was going to see if that can get pushed through. They approved the express shipping and AUTOMATICALLY I RECIEVED THE EMAIL SAYING THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT MY ORDER. Of course I was screaming at this point like what on earth is going on?????? There goes my SECOND Vanity PM order that was cancelled on me. The first was because stock issues in early Feb.

Anyway, after further investigation, she said my account had 10-15 transactions or attempted transactions of purchasing the Pochette Accessoires. She found it in her back end after digging a little! I couldnt believe it. I purchased 2 PA in Mono, one in early Jan and one end of Feb for my new daughter that was born and that's it. I never attempted to purchase anything else after that. She was able to go and cancel all of those incomplete transactions and suspects thats why my order was automatically cancelled. She confirm I was within my limit and I should be ok but we won't know until I order an item again and it goes past the approved shipping stage. I now will have to stalk for this item again and it may take another month... I'm so upset I could cry but I hope this helps some of you to figure out if you have any issues, ask the client advisors to dig a little deeper for you. I am thankful she was able to help after speaking to a few different people that couldn't tell me anything.

What do these “attempted transactions” mean exactly?

She said it could have been me submitting the purchases and having it be cancelled, but there is no way that is the case. Why on earth would I try and buy 10-15 PA???? in a span of 1 month, I don't even think that is possible. What I think is it could be me placing the PA in the cart and then perhaps trying to check out but then it goes out of stock. That's the only way I could have had 10-15 PA "pending" or attempted transactions. It seems the system is automated so it counted these as "transactions" even though they were incomplete. She was also able to delete all of them and said that this is likely the issue but is not sure. We won't know for sure if my next order will be cancelled but I'm still searching for the Vanity PM. There is only so much the client advisors can do to help us. Their website is run by an algorithm and will flag your account for XYZ but with all technology, there are always issues.

She also reconfirmed that you are not allowed more than 6 bags/slgs within 4 weeks and more than 8 transactions (any type including returns) within 8 weeks.
