Guh! I can only imagine how you felt! I looked up that location on Yelp and they have horrible reviews. Seems to be a trend with most locations. I think that's probably why a lot of us buy online. It's better to rely on ourselves. Most of the time we're more knowledgeable than the people who work there! One SA said to me she doesn't know anything about date codes. You would think that should be part of their basic training...

Anyone know anything about the Alma mini in epi leather? I was told by an SA at my store that this purse is limited edition and that there’s no more in the whole country, but I kept stalking the website and was finically able to order it in the red. Really want a black tho so idk
