I got mine last Saturday Jan 4th early afternoon! So it is possible. I couldn’t believe it. Had it sent to the store and picked it up last week. And it was MIF! SAs were shocked that I got it. Keep stalking!

Has anyone else’s online orders been stuck in “order in preparation” status? I purchased a key pouch on 12/31, my card has been charged and I have still not received tracking information.

I’ve called CS twice and they said that they cannot cancel the order and I just have to wait until it’s shipped out. So frustrating!

I ordered last night ship to store and all my orders say shipped. I ordered in the week and they has already been shipped

I was able to secure a mini PA in monogram today out of sheer luck! Dropped by the store and got in touch with a friendly CA, who called me three hours later to say that there was one in stock! I worried if it was a return or something, but I couldn't find any markings and the pochette looked pretty good to me! So glad I was able to snag one before the price increase!! No more stalking the website, woo hoo! For those still waiting on one, hang in there!!
