I did the same thing a week ago. Was told by CA the item i wanted NYC Saks had the last one in the US. Called few hours that same day, no one picked up. Waited til they closed, called the 1800, confirmed by CA that they still had it ,it wasn't sold yet. Called the following morning right around when they opened. They picked up and only to tell me that someone was buying that piece right there, paying cash. I couldn't describe my feeling...

Don’t bother! I tried to call LV rodeo store, no one has called me back. The stores are so busy so they won’t call you back. No hope. All LV store are the same.

Guh! I can only imagine how you felt! I looked up that location on Yelp and they have horrible reviews. Seems to be a trend with most locations. I think that's probably why a lot of us buy online. It's better to rely on ourselves. Most of the time we're more knowledgeable than the people who work there! One SA said to me she doesn't know anything about date codes. You would think that should be part of their basic training...
