I will try being signed in and not having to worry about signing in after having the item in my cart. I also have my SA watching for one to come in to the store location so one is bound to show up at some point! Lol

There may be an issue with the website. I ordered the trio pouch on the 1st and had it shipped to store. I picked up the item on the 3rd because I was in the store and my CA told me your order is here and I was surprised because I never received the normal pick up email.
Today is the 8th and it still reads “Order in Preparation” on the website ::facepalm::

Just curious is there a benefit of having your order shipped to the store vs home? I live an apt so my packages always get put in a locker, and aren't out in the open for people to steal. Do you get a LV bag if you ship it to the store?

When I have had mine shipped to the store they take it out of the shipping box and give you a shopping bag and just the LV box with the dust bag and receipt and the actual item. I work during the day so I’m never at home to sign for it and that’s why I have my items shipped it to the store.When I have had mine shipped to the store they take it out of the shipping box and give you a shopping bag and just the LV box with the death bag and receipt and the actual item. I work during the day so I’m never at home to sign for it and that’s why I have my items shipped to the store

When you ship to store it’s packaged similar to if you made the purchase in store. I ship to store because my CA and I will look the item over to make sure I am satisfied with it. If I need to return the item they will process it for me.

Thank you! I always ship to my own address, but it seems better to ship it to store. That way if there is a defect they know it wasn't my fault.

Definitely and I visit the shopping center where my LV is located almost every weekend, so it’s convenient for me.
I read a few post about receiving damaged items and one received an empty box. So I would like to avoid that whole hassle!
