My very first defective item. Received Felicie azur and it has small red pen ink mark in the front
Sending it back tomorrow. Still deciding if I should wait for the refund and then order the new one or order now.

Yes, your body will thank you! Last year went through similar turmoil around this time searching for da pa and ended up with couple of grey hairs! Totally wasn't worth it as I eventually scored it online few weeks later AND was offered another by an sa! So yeah keep refreshing from your cart and have all info saved for quick checkout, call dept stores and ask if they can order one, and if all fails now then save your health & stamina bar for next month's tournament of mortal kombat

I am stalking a vintage Saint Cloud GM in epi leather, brown or black. I am a bit obsessed. Haha. I really like the simplicity of this bag. I saw someone carry it crossbody with the straps set much shorter (so the bag falls a bit high on her). It was giving me Celine-box-bag-but-more-casual vibe. I am not making any sense. Haha. Had the mini in my cart, went to checkout and tried picking delivery address then wouldn’t let me go any further. So aggravating!

This seems to be a common problem now...wasn't like this earlier last year!!! I was always able to check out using a guest account as the item would stay secured in my bag long enough for me to fill out my info before proceeding to billing and once I got to billing it stayed secured for a while...but now people can just snatch your items right out of your cart and you can't do anything about it! I experienced it first time when I was stalking the xmas stuff...it got sooo frustrating that I quit stalking the site and started stalking stores! I know they don't like to be bothered which is why they won't accept phonecalls anymore but that's not my problem...I was gonna get my items one way or another! So anyways I think if your info's saved and logged in then it might simplify the checkout procedure..

This tip really helped. What I did was logged in, went to my wishlist and kept refreshing like crazy till I saw add to bag and placed it real quick.

I’m thinking maybe you should open the browser in incognito? Or clear out all your cache from your browser. I would do both and test it out. And hopefully that will help.

That's a good idea! Looks like I have to first set up an account in order to get anything in the future from the site. Yep gonna try all the steps from now on and see if it works. The tips on this forum are amazingly helpful! Where would we be, what would we do, how would we survive without this forum?!

Before returning, do some research, I think I remember reading about couple of ways to remove pen marks off canvas..like using an eraser or something..
