Did someone see the saintonge monogram in black available to “add to bag”? If yes around what time pls? I’ve been looking for the bag for a while now and never saw it available... Im in canada, the customer service told me to look online they’re sometimes available... Thanks!

I remember way back when I had ordered my Turenne PM online I had it held for pick up & it was FedEx. That was years ago... anything I’ve purchased in 2019 via the web site and most recently a bandeau ( under $200) being delivered today shipped UPS and will not allow a hold. I wish they would. The center is a couple mins away from my house & on my way home from work. LV won’t allow it.

They attempt to deliver three times. If it is undeliverable then they return to LV and credit you. They don’t let you ship to a business or hold at a facility.. Which is super annoying. I will never ship to my home again as I mentioned earlier. Store is best bet.

Since I’ve moved my closest store is now like 2 hours away. I haven’t had any items returned. My driver is awesome but it’d be nice to just get it at UPS instead of him having to make multiple attempts. I did sign a slip one time & He left it on my 3 season the next day but I think that came from the store not the website. It’s 4:25 & no delivery attempt yet so hopefully I beat him today. I’ll be home in 20 mins :)

I have a Nest doorbell and my UPS driver informed me that I can authorize him to to leave the package over the doorbell. I have a utility closet right next to my door so I have been authorizing over my Nest doorbell when I'm not home and asking him to place packages inside the closet. I would never be home during UPS delivery times so would have to take time off work. It was a pain. Perhaps if you have a secure place that is within view of your doorbell camera, some of you can look into that option?

I’m sure this is why LV won’t let them be a pick up location. It makes sense. My guy just came. I’m lucky they almost always get here after one of us is home from work. But it’s tough for a lot of folks to be there.
