same here. My order on the 31/1/2019 disappeared at Step 3 - Order preparation and even after money was taken. Called Client Services and they were not helpful at all.
I’m currently having this issue with the denim micro Pochette from the 2020 collection. Client services said that it never went through. Yet when I called on Thursday to confirm the girl I spoke to said it was shipped. The next person said it never actually went through. My card was charged never received a cancellation. Never received the item and now disputing it with my card (recommended by LV) it’s ridiculous that I have to make all these calls and spend my time on the phone for them to say “Im not sure what’s going on”. Fantastic.

When did you order yours? I ordered 1/03 and it is Order in Preparation still. I hope they will ship it soon ...

Did you ship to store or to your home?
I ordered the trio pouch on line and it read “order in preparation” and “shipped to store”. I never received an email that the store received it but when I went to pick up the Bleu Denim MP the CA told me I had another order at the store. I was confused because I never received the email stating the trio was ready for pick up! So I took it and the next day I got an email that it was ready for pick up even though I picked it up! Maybe the website is having issues - I hope your issue gets resolved soon because to have to make all those calls is beyond frustrating:(

That has happened to me.. I think its just lazy SAs skipping/forgetting/missing scans (the scans send the ready for pickup emails/texts) as they pack up the click and collect items. I only pick up in store and this has happened to me several times. I've even had to fight SAs that my order was indeed on the shelf despite not having the email yet.

It’s the first time it has happened to me and that’s why I was so confused.
My CA usually text me in addition to the email when my items arrive but when I went there Friday night they were very very crowded with people using gift cards, picking up online orders, making returns and exchanges so I definitely understand the oversight - they had absolutely no time to be Lazy or Lax

Sorry that happened! Tbh LV online store is a mess! I already received my order, but my account still says preparing for order.... even my SA says their online store always having problems.

I give up on my Nano Speedy. I think it’s ridiculous to do this to customers. I would have bought one had they been available but this stalking has turned me off. Ordering my YSL Toy LouLou now
Yeah me too. Do they just want us to go away? I love how it says “call for availability”. They don’t want us all to call right? Just give us the bagggggggg
