I only pick up in store and this has happened to me several times. I've even had to fight SAs that my order was indeed on the shelf despite not having the email yet.

It definitely never even shipped. It has been completely removed from my profile under orders. I was in my store Friday (when it was supposed to be there) to also pick up my Palm Springs minis - one of which didn’t even have a date code. So that’s a whole other battle right now. And then I was in on Saturday (yesterday) to pick up my Pochette felicie in Tourterelle.

I ordered the trio pouch on line and it read “order in preparation” and “shipped to store”. I never received an email that the store received it but when I went to pick up the Bleu Denim MP the CA told me I had another order at the store. I was confused because I never received the email stating the trio was ready for pick up! So I took it and the next day I got an email that it was ready for pick up even though I picked it up! Maybe the website is having issues - I hope your issue gets resolved soon because to have to make all those calls is beyond frustrating:sad:

I shipped to the store. I will never ship to house again after the fiasco I had with my psm. Thank god I chose pick up in store. The bag wound up not having a date code. Customer service told me that would have been a nightmare trying to return if it was shipped to house to prove bag wasn’t swapped out. Which honestly the amount of money I spend there they shouldn’t question that but still that’s a huge quality control problem on their end.

Oh my goodness, I hadn't even thought about that possibility. It's ridiculous what we have to go through. This shouldn't be the case.
