I experienced this with a different item, called customer service and was able to purchase the item. It was a monogram key pouch.

I’ll try that! It’s so hard to get them to even admit the bag exists, but I will be thrilled if it works!

This strap is not discontinued. Although it’s not on the website, it is available in many stores.

Ok, at 7-14 pm PT I was able to order a PA in DA. I’m kind of in disbelief since I wasn’t even trying hard and was just checking my wishlist while talking with kids. I almost missed the “add to bag” because of that! With shaking hands went through the checkout ))) I hope I’ll not get cancellation email as was a case with other two girls (I agree - it’s sooo frustrating).

Have you been checking the times listed in this thread when they are showing ATB? It’s been popping up a lot this past week. They do seem to have a pattern of when they show up and then it’s all about how fast you can check out. So make sure you are logged in to your acct and have a cc already stored on file. It’s how I grabbed mine an hr ago. Good luck!
