My uncles Silver Parker Pen. He passed away a few months ago and I carry it with me all the time.

A hand-carved Myrtlewood and gold pen I got in Oregon. Myrtlewood only grows in rare, small stands in the valleys of rivers of Southwestern Oregon and the southern Pacific Coast. The graining is beautiful. I keep it in a nylon pouch so I don't get inadvertent ink stains on my bag lining.
A Monteverde Pen that my ex-colleagues gave me as a gift.
The cap screws on so cannot accidentally come open and ruin the interior of my bags (unless, of course, i forget to screw the cap closed!)

A beautiful Sterling Silver fountain pen capped with a pearl and diamonds. I keep it in a crocodile leather case to keep it from staining my bag.
You are so brave to be carrying that pen!!! I'm a teacher and people are always walking off with my pens so I could never use one like that. I'm using a Swarovski pen that has a lot of crystals in it now!
