Usually just my wedding rings. I have a larger e-ring (3.56 carat stone) but when I travel I wear my dainty antique Edwardian e-ring (it's around .7 or .8 carats with tiny melee stones all around it). I might also bring my diamond stud earrings (.8 total carat weight), or simple pearl studs.

If I bring any other jewelry, it's usually a pair of gold hoop earrings and a simple pendant necklace (both costume jewelry).

Earrings (usually bring diamond studs and silver studs because they match everything).
Tiffany DBTY solitaire necklace.
Watch (Longines dolce vita).
Hermes H bangle.

when going within canada or to US, i wear my rings (.75 ct cushion cut ering, matching diamond band, and right hand ring i inherited from my late granny), a pair of studs (usually my tiny diamond ones or tiffany ss beads) and a pendant (maybe diamond g) and either a bracelet like pandora or rtt or my esq diamond watch. if we r going to an event, i wear a fancier necklace. if we are flying i wear ALL my jewellery. i bring an empty cosmetc pouch i can store it all in, in the hotel safe.

one thing though i found last yr at disneyland this was too much. i kept getting suncreeen on my rings and diamond initial pendant. not good.

I'm leaving for Europe tomorrow night and plan to leave my e-ring at home. I purchased a cheapy three-stone ring from Amazon to wear in lieu of my real ring.

Aside from that, I wear simple pieces when I travel:
- plain wedding band (doesn't come off)
- two bracelets (doesn't come off)
- sm CZ studs or small hoops
- cheap costume jewelry (stuff I don't mind if I lose/misplace).

When I travel abroad, it's usually to some remote tropical island in a developing nation for scuba diving (Honduras, Belize -- hopefully Palau and/or Philippines soon :p). On those trips, I don't bring anything except a plain silver wedding band in lieu of my princess e-ring and channel set diamond wedding band set. Even when we dive, my husband and I have to take off our wedding bands b/c underwater, some hungry fish might mistake the flashing metal for bait and chomp our fingers :D

Otherwise when I travel within the states, I usually wear my wedding set, diamond cross pendant necklace, and diamond huggies earrings.
