Great question! I have had pretty much the same daily uniform for a few years. This is for a business casual office, and I am in a creative dept.

Slim ankle pants - usually dark color.
A cami or tee layer, sometimes with asymmetrical hem that peeks out.
Cardigan or thin pullover sweater.
Flats, wedges, tall boots, ankle boots or gladiator sandals, depending on season
Chunky silver jewelry. I especially like big rings and cuff or bangle bracelets.
Either an MZ Wallace, Annabel Ingall or Longchamp bag.
