I doubt it, but I don't own an Ipad Mini. It will fit an Iphone 6+ with no issue. The usuable interior of the bag is about 7" long by about 5" tall. You might check the next size up of this bag. I have the mini version of this bag. There is also a small and a large version available.

Yes it does except for large phones! The storage compartment goes up a bit into the neck and head, but it will hold your cards, lipstick, keys etc!
Literally just bought this bag today at TJ Maxx, in clearance for 39.99 so about 40 some odd dollars from original price 79.99 (and 178.00) but this is the Darwin Crossbody bag in Turkish blue! This is a great size for running around.
