What is your one thing that you absolutely hate about a bag?

Is there one thing that you absolutely can't stand on bags? Like you could love every single thing about a bag, but if it has this one detail or feature, you're not interested anymore.

Mine is contrast stitching. I think it looks cheap, no matter how expensive the bag is. Instant no.

Second would be lack of an outer side pocket. I don't want to open my bag to put my phone in every single time, especially with complicated closures. I've had to make exceptions at times but if at all possible, I want an outer pocket.

Third would be no way to close the bag. Zipper, tie, buckle, something. I didn't realize how vital this was until I got the Burberry belt bag and I feel like I have to watch it everywhere I go so my things don't fall out.

What is yours?

No closure of any kind.

Come on! Not that I'm hanging around known thieves all the time, but I live in a big city and it is so freaking easy for someone to come close to you unnoticed, reach into the bag and steal your wallet or your phone.

That's why even though I like the idea of a tote bag, I could never wear one that doesn't have a zipper closure. It would just drive me nuts.

Totes that are black holes with no interior organization. Like the Neverfull and Longchamp. I think totes are so big to start with that they need something more than a dinky pocket inside. I can't buy any tote without several interior pockets.
That, too.
I can't understand why a designer interior organizer isn't a thing. Louis Vuitton would clean up if they made a perfectly fitted organizer like Samorga or something like that for the Neverfull and Speedy.
