I pre-paid for a few sets of coffee cups and never heard from my SA for so long that I pretty much thought the order would never be fulfilled. I finally received them 18 months later and AFTER my SA left H.
According to my new SA, H is building new porcelain factories to accommodate the increased demand for housewares, and it looks like supply is finally starting to catch up. Hopefully this means your order will come in soon!
