My Gucci Tian Boston Supreme bag came from their store on Avenue Montaigne. It was a Valentine's Day present. The SA there was lovely. Afterwards, we went down and celebrated with tea (for me) and a cocktail (for him) in the Gobelins galerie/salon in the Plaza Athenee hotel, leaving just as the Eiffel Tower lights came on. (And after that, I came down with a raging head cold, but never mind...) . While I'm very happy with my Gucci bag, one of my favorite Paris souvenirs was a freebie. I picked up a large handful of especially tactile round, shiny dark chestnuts that had fallen in the gardens of Paris and keep them in an art glass bowl at home.
