What is your favorite crossbody bag?

Hi everyone! 🤗 I am in my 60s and have never purchased a higher end bag. I have plans to see Paris in 2025, so why not splurge on something nice? I love being hands free with a bag just big enough for keys, a wallet and a cell phone. Please tell me all about the bags you love!! I have a few ideas, but want to know yours!
Awe, congratulations! You will have to keep us posted on what you get. Chanel WOC is my personal go to. It fits my cell phone, keys, lipstick, card holder (even has an option to slide cards in the interior pockets/cc holder part of the bag). They come in different styles and colors so you can choose which you like best. I wrap my strap twice so its short enough for me to wear cross body because I am super petite.
I like the Chanel woc as well but I wouldn’t buy it as a first luxury or an everyday bag. It is versatile but the capacity is a bit limited esp if you want to fit something extra in like readers. If you really want to own a Chanel though it is worth it imo.
I like the Loewe small puzzle (old design) as an everyday bag or my current fave is Loewe’s mini flamenco!
The mini flamenco is just THE perfect little, lightweight everyday bag! I’ve influenced two of my friends who don’t buy designer bags to buy this bag and they both absolutely love using the mini flamenco!
The capacity is perfect. I can fit my compact wallet, hand sanitizer, keys, phone, pack of tissues, nunu Lysol can and wet wipes in it. The leather is soft, durable, and luxe. It is easy to get into and out of, crossbody strap is adjustable and removable so you can carry as a shoulder bag, crossbody, clutch or attach a chain for evenings. I cannot say enough good things about this bag!

I second the Loewe mini Flamenco. Sounds perfect for you - if you like the style.
It comes in lovely colours (though I have black) and is a day to night workhorse that conveniently converts to a clutch. Loewe also make a variety of shoulder straps that work with the mini Flamenco if you want to tweak the look.

. Thank all of you so much!! I have a year and a half to decide and want to research as much as possible. This bag is not my style AT THE MOMENT but my style is ever changing and I'm giving this bag a hard look. For two ladies with the " purse passion" to speak so highly of it, I know it's a bag I will need to consider! I appreciate your responses and look forward to this super fun journey!

For me:
- YSL envelope bag, size medium, grain de poudre, black on black
I've had this bag since Feb 2017. It is a very versatile bag for me. YSL bags (not counting their totes or bags like the Sac De Jour) tend to run small so I got a medium (which isn't that big).
The grain de poudre leather is very scratch resistant, easy to clean and wipe off any spills. It is a very structured bag so will not stretch but will hold its shape very well for many years.
It is versatile, can be worn crossbody or on the shoulder. The strap is mostly a chain but the parts touching the shoulder are leather which makes it comfortable.
Has a magnetic closure, pretty solid magnet. Never had an issue with the magnet loosing its strength or difficulty opening or closure.
The shape allows it to sit close to the body without sticking out in a bulky or awkward way. I think it's a great day to night bag as well.
Wear and tear: Chipping on the hardware is pretty minor. And I do not baby my bags. I've put this on concrete a few times and scraped it against doors. There will be a little wear and tear on the corners but it is minimal IMO. It is actually my daily errand bag so I can confidently say it is not only the oldest bag but also most used bag in my collection.
(Though oof, I see they've done another price increase. Granted I got mine in 2017 when it was about $2200 USD).

If you like Polene bags, check out the Polene store. I like all their designs and the grained leather is my favorite. Otherwise, check out the Celine Triomphe bag. It's pricey new, but it holds your essentials and I find it goes well with all sorts of outfits and occasions.

My favorite crossbody bag ist the Saint Laurent Lou camera bag (black with gold hardware). It is chic & classic, suitable for every occasion, easy to wear, lightweigt, easy to get into and fits a lot while still being a small bag. 
I totally agree! The Mini Flamenco is my favorite and most used bag! I love it too!
