I switch up my jewelry a lot. But when I'm feeling boring (which has been a lot lately!) I wear my white gold Claddah necklace, Tiffany silver bead earrings (or Mikimoto pearl studs), and one of my Tiffany bracelets. If I'm feeling adventurous I'll skip that and add a fun bangle or necklace instead.

I've been pretty boring lately and have just been repeating the same jewelry over and over again lol.
Chanel J12 white 38mm with Diamond Markers
LV inclusion bracelet in red or grey

white gold diamond ring on my left pointer finger (goes along with the silver trim on my watch hehe).
(really love that Chanel LOL).

Usually my jewelry for the day depends on the watch I decide to wear. So my watch determines whether I'm wearing white or yellow gold or two-tone. I love my watches. 
I wear a wedding band or engagement ring/sapphire band. Sometimes I wear one of my fashion rings on that finger just for something different. On occasion I wear a right hand ring, but it tends to get in the way.
Necklace is usually something simple if I wear one (I do about 50% of the time). I go for a pearl strand or pendant, or my diamond 3-stone necklace. I also have some one-of-a-kind necklaces for casual wear that I love.
I always wear earrings. Usually a pair of CZ studs, pearl studs, or dangling Swarovski crystal earrings.
Bracelets I tend not to wear unless it's a special occasion. It either takes attention away from my watch, or gets in the way. I hope to change that soon, though as I have a Tiffany's bracelet waiting for me for Christmas. It's the sterling interlinked hearts with a gold heard in the middle. I think it's light and casual enough to wear everyday and not get in the way.

Two sets of earrings. Usually gold hoops or studs of some discription. A pave heart necklace (first thing my Hubby ever bought me). My two tone Tag Heuer watch, my Pandora braclet, solid gold bangle (about 60gm), another braclet, nose stud (so tiny people have known me for years and haven't noticed it!), anklet and toe ring. And some times I throw on my large heavy rose gold curb link which I LOVE! I have my grandfathers cufflinks attached to it as a "charm". On my right hand I have 3 rings I change about but only if I am going some where.
