What is your everyday Jewelry/accessories?

Does anyone here ever wear one pair of earrings all the time? I am thinking of men who pierce their ears and only ever wear a diamond stud (for example) and if it is feasible for a woman to do this too without comments?

I think VB has worn the same squarish diamonds for a while now...what do others think??

Lately I've been wearing a necklace, bracelet, and my diamond ring on my right hand that my sis gave me for my birthday. I should put my diamond studs back in, though..

I'm wearing pearl studs daily (either white or grey), my Cartier bi-color watch and either a white gold ring and a white gold or silver necklace or my yellow gold ring with the coat of arms and a yellow gold necklace. I tend to keep it simple otherwise I'd feel like a christmas tree.

And these two below change among different choices but today...

1 CTW diamond necklace in a flower shape white and rose gold (kinda looks like a poinsetta to me)
Ruby and diamond right hand ring (don't know the carat weight) this is only thing in yellow gold I wear. Sounds weird with most plat and white gold but it looks fine.
