I recently bought an older, full-sized MAC off Poshmark without realizing the full extent to which it had faded. From what I can see on the underside of the front flap, it must have been a really pretty gray. I'm hoping y'all can help me ID the gray and weigh in if you've had any experience trying to refresh it after significant fading. Is it too far gone for leather honey or polish? Or is there a specific dye color I should be looking for?
Photos are direct afternoon sun, and the contrast bag is (I'm almost certain) light gray from the signature hardware era. I think it's pulling a little blue in the photos but it's pretty close. The front tassels are resting on the light gray bag. What say you, oh wise ones?
