My most expensive would be my Tod's Besonville in Ink Blue (996), Tod's D Bag in White (700), Chloe Edith in Chocolate Brown (700),my Botkier Sasha Duffle in Black (700) and the LV Speedy 30 (650 with tax and shipping from ELux)

Both Tod's and the Edith were on sale. I have other bags in the 500-600 range, but the ones above were my most expensive. And I ADORE them!!!

Haven't broken the $1000 threshold yet!

Over 1K Canadian for a Balenciaga Ink first - over retail in the states, but under retail for Canadians who get ripped off pretty bad by Holts. I bought it when Ink was no longer offered so it's not like I could have bought it in the States for slightly cheaper.

A lot of ppl have talked about when they lost their 1K 'virginity' (ha ha!) and that was mine. It was also the first handbag I had ever purchased (aside from crap I had as a kid which doesn't count. I can't even believe I used to hate handbags! I was such a tomboy.)

Mine is the Chloe Heloise bag i just purchased last week- I got my paddington a year or so ago which is when i broke the 1K mark...I agree with Stophle- once you do it the first time it just gets easier after that
