What is the code for this earring?

Hi,I want to ask a friend of mine to help buy it from Europe but I couldn't find any code to give it for my friend(a guy) to ask him to help buy T_T He's clueless about these things! I love the large size silver one. Can anyone help?

I believe it's style # Z2371, serial #00V A29400Y02003. I had them and I sent it back to Chanel because the stud was loose. It went all the way to Paris, got repaired, and came back only to be returned again because the Fedex guy crused it on its way here. My SA felt so bad that she exchanged it for a different pair (they didn't have anymore). Make sure your friend checks the backing so it's not loose! Good luck!
