LOL PGN! I too am afraid of snakes - but my philosophy is "if you're scared of it, make shoes and purses out of it!":laugh: On the other hand, I suppose that doesn't work for everything scary, does it?

Hi, Just registered with the site this morning and am loving reading all the posts especially the debate on the new Chloe Edith- christened the "Mudith" :-) LOL. I absolutely hate the Fendi Spy-looks like something only my 80 year old grandma would carry around:rolleyes:. They're huge and look like carpet bags. Yuck, Yuck Yuck, rant and rave. Sorry Spy lovers- I just hate them. Also, not keen on the Fendi B either.

LV monogram purses are godaweful. :sick: Everyone carries them. I saw a homeless person down the street carrying one once (fake, of course). If the brand wasn't so copied the elegance of the bag wouldn't be so diluted. Also the bag does not go with everything unlike what most women who wear it think.

Come to think of it, anything monogrammed is pretty much on my no-no list.:hrmm:

i'm not a big fan of the fendi b bag. i'm also not the BIGGEST fan of LV because, like you said, it seems a little too imitated. So when you carry a real one, everyone thinks it's fake anyway. Some LV bags ARE adorable though

I honestely have an appreciation for all bags designer. Would I carry some personally? No but I do appreciate all of them. Kind of like visiting a museum and seeing all of the masters works. Would I hang all of them in my house, no but I have appreciation for them all.

I wouldn't say I HATE these bags, but I have no feeling for Chanel at all. Esp. the Cambon-bags... not my cup of tea. So far I've never seen a Chanel I like, the same w/ Hermes by the way. Maybe I'm too young for this *lol* :amuse:

Hmmm...I would say LV monogram bags...or any monogram bag. It is funny because I was mentioning this to my hubby the other day in the aiport (where there were a million LV purses around, some fake some real) and he said, "man, I see what you are saying about Louis. Seems everyone is carrying one. It all looks the same."

I think someone mentioned that once a brand produces a lot of fakes of a certain style (not inspired by, just plain straight out fakes) the brand loses a lot of credibility. You can see a LV on a polished well to do fashionable woman and in the next breath see a low class trashy woman carry a fake version of that bag...kinda takes the appeal away for me...

...and this is coming from a former LV addict!
