What happens to the LVs that don't sell?

I have heard so many stories on this! For example a piece in a capsule for a few months and a few items that did not sell. What does LV do with them?

A selection of items that did not sell are offered for a discounted price to LVMH employees and the rest is destroyed (prompting a tax credit for the company).
