I like the way the eyeliner and lashes look with her eyes. I don't like the dark gray shadow in the crease; I think it's overkill. It would have looked better IMO with a neutral shimmery shadow instead.

And I think she needs to lay off the surgery... She's starting to look like Bo Derek-- not young, hot "10" Bo Derek, but scary plastic old lady Bo Derek

I think she needs a bit of color on her lips, and the dark grey shouldn't be so close to her inner eye. Otherwise I like it.
The tights are another topic....blech
