I would recommend you call Jax back and speak to another rep. When you get the recording, push #3. Tell her/him the whole mix up and ask them if they can actually tell you what the color will be. Good luck and keep us posted.
Ok I just called back and the SA that answered said.. Eggshell and Anize(greyish-brown) that is how he described it..no Antique Rose

I was just thinking, is AR not Amber? The Black Patent Sabrina had Amber hardware and I was so thinking that color code was AR.
You are absolutely right! Same for Cambridge. This is what I thought too, but I know sometimes they change the codes for shades, etc. I couldn't get any AR conf, but I guess if it doesn't get made, then they will cancel the backorder. Nobody will confirm it here.
At this point the only thing I believe is that nz = ani, and we don't really know what it is because they can't pull the bag off the shelf and look like they normally would.
call the actual stores, not JAX they said its antique rose, they said its written out antique rose, its not a code or anything
When I called the actual store the manager told me Eggshell and he had to look what the color code meant and he then said it was Antique Rose but I will stop by the FP store tomorrow to make sure
yeah i was in the actual store yesterday and thats what they told me, so all morning i called like 20 different full price coach stores and they all said antique rose... let me know what you find out, because I REALLY WANT ANTIQUE ROSE. and I have it already on backorder

i'm kind of disappointed that the kristin line's clasp is magnetic and the button part is purely decorative-- i like the chalk color a lot but the yellow and peach is a bit too easter for me
the leather, despite what the care card and the computer says, apparently CAN'T be cleaned or moisturized..i was just told this
there's the new alex colors as someone mentioned..and new style (baby bag in sateen, patent leather, and coated canvas) as well as a satchel style that looks a lot like signature stripe's satchel (some pple think of it like lv speedy shape i guess)
there will be more brooke colors too, not just black but parchment, etc..in smooth calf leather that can be cleaned/moisturized
I just checked the care card of my Kristin satchel and it says to use the Coach products, but now I definitely won't! Thanks for the info! Think Apple products are ok, specifically the Rain & Stain spray? Now I'm nervous to do ANYTHING to the bag since I don't want to ruin it!

The SAs at my store were so nice today and let me try some of the new Kristin pieces. 
There are 2 or 3 types of Kristin hobos with the op art. *saw the black/white pieces, but they haven't unwrapped the others yet* They also have the Kristin leather hobos (the ones with the bright colors- I saw the white and yellow ones so far). They also have the Kristin Metallic Python Hobo and a few other Kristin pieces.
They also have three new Alex totes- the SAs described them as being "diaper bags" almost. They are wider and less tall than the current Alex totes. You can see the floor set for the Kristin and Alex pieces if you ask for their catalogue.
