I have a random question, since I ordered mine through the store for the antique rose colored bag, they gave me a confirmation number, can i check that confirmation number on the website or call JAX, and they can tell me what it says for that order on their end

The email I received from Jax concerning my back ordered (which I thought was Anthracite) reads like this:

#14957 SV/NZ SV/ANI

All those codes in the same email. I have a feeling that ANI does NOT mean Anthracite. But who the H___ knows at this point?

Nz = Mystery color!!

Maybe CZ can figure it out. :nuts:

Oh no, you're not a pain at all! I only asked because I was told at JAX there was NO AR, lol! I also was told at the boutique that none of the styles came up, so I figured maybe it wasn't added to their system. I usually keep pounding away till I find out something for sure if I'm interested, and I have to say I haven't been THIS interested in a LONG time, lol! I agree too with Shalomnurse in that it's kind of exciting in a way, while being frustrating at the same time!!

Now I have the metallic python tote on hold, lol, but at least I'll get to see that and decide IRL. It never, never ends!! :p

no it doesnt end, and I really am glad I joined this forum, as I probably would have never have seen this bag! I have never wanted a bag so bad as this one lol... I was soo excited when the sales associate called me over to say that they were going to make it in the antique rose color, she even called the manager over to double check her computer. I called her back yesterday afternoon to explain to her how JAX told me that it didnt exist in that color, and then she was like no they have a different computer system then us, and she said she would order it for me... I just really am stressing that its not going to end up being the antique rose color.. I am going to start loosing sleep soon!

Me too. I just recalled that there was NEVER a picture posted of the "Anthracite" color. The peach color picture came from Elle, and the Eggshell color picture came from Nitrolicious. Am I right? Has anyone ever actually seen a picture of what we thought would be Anthracite? I think Baglady was right on the target when she said that the codes change, and that JAX may have been presuming that ANI stood for anthracite. :nuts:

But then again we never saw a picture of the 'bronze" color either, and we all know that ended up being taupe.

Coach should hire us to name their colors. At least then we would know what we were actually ordering.

Maybe it will be blue, or peach, or dark gray or rose? I think the anticipation makes the waiting all that much better. Just my humble opinion though.

Thank goodness we can return them if we don't like what we get.

ok...ladys so i did call one more time, and got this really sweet lady, she listened very well, and i was on hold 4-ever.....the 14957 Nz is anthracite!!!!!!,,, she said one of the maggie had that color code, she also said the shade could be different,,, Soooo i hope and hope that this bag will be anthracite....i think i feel better now

I called Jax and wanted to order the Em Maggie in antique rose and they said it's not been made in that color I gave them style # 15026
they said only Eggshell and Anthracite???
Can I ask you what style number you gave them???
