^^I think it's because they "assume", and you know what that means! 
My original SA used to complain that customers brought in incorrect info to the stores, and it's kind of funny, but really...how does that happen?? It happens because we get crap info and then plaster it here, and chat it all out, and by the end of the day, there's mass confusion and misinfo. It becomes a "rumor" in some cases, etc, etc. You get to the point where you know some info is crap, but there are still too many unknowns. They are trying to be helpful, but mostly everyone operates on what is in their Tools info...even JAX uses this. So best they can do is if the bag is there, pull it and look at the color code and actual color, and then decipher...or wait till there is more info uploaded. There's always a firewall, so I don't blame them for some things for sure, but we also make it worse by posting too, kwim?? I guess I'm saying I can see how it happens, but I agree that the inconsistences and misinfo is VERY scary, lol!

^It should closer to time. I think they got in some of these early because it was the LE stock. The color codes drive me crazy, and even when we see the DD, who knows if it will have any basis for reality too. This company drives me bazonkers!!
i called about 11 different boutiques in three different states this morning, asking about what colors the 15026 is coming in, and they all said antique rose, that it is written. I also have placed it on backorder, and it will be available april 8th.
yes I really want the antique rose, I originally had a backorder on the anthracite that would be out next month but cancelled it for the antique rose..
Sorry i dont want to be a pain or a pest or annoying lol, I just as soon as I saw that bag I knew I had to have it. I absolutely love it! I am a pink girl, and this is just beautiful, so I'm getting very nervous that its not going to be the antique rose color, after all I read on here, and how jacksonville, keeps saying no. I cannot wait two months to find out if it really will be or not, by the time I get it in... thats why I called so many stores, hoping that because they all say the same thing, it will be right...

I can only chuckle at this whole color mix up (cluster F____). I ordered the "Bronze" thinking it would be peach and it ended up being taupe. Now bronze may be changed to antique gold. Anthracite (which I thought would be a charcoal or deep gray color) may in reality be the peach color or "nz" (mystery color). Whatever we all get will be a total surprise, and in a way that's kind of exciting (kwim?) I am sure there are many that would disagree with me on that last sentence, but I am trying to make lemonade out of lemons.
I have also been told by numerous SA at Jax that the eggshell I ordered in mid January, may not get to me at all because of the fact that they oversold it with back-orders. WTF? Lemonade, lemonade, lemonade.
