I am really bummed about my order. I ordered a soft Swagger and Swagger wristlet. With the discount, I still spent over $600. I paid using PayPal and checked out normally. I kept waiting for shipping confirmation and never got it. So I called Coach and they claim to have no record of my order. They have my $600 though! Said that there was nothing that they could do and to call PayPal. I had to file an escalated claim against Coach. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded and don't have the discount code any longer. I won't be reordering. Coach was supremely unconcerned about the issue, unfortunately.

I bought the Ace satchel 28 and a Dinky in mineral! 
My Dinky shipped from a store but is in great condition (actually better than the one Coach shipped and I had to return). The only thing was that the Dinky was missing the little black booklet and card that was in the one I ordered online and the charm was unwrapped and just placed in the inside kiss lock pocket. It was apparent that it was a return or floor model. However, it came securely packaged and nicely gift wrapped.

Well now that you mention it I didn't get the little black book & card with the Dinky I got delivered today from a store. The one I ordered that came from JAX had all that. But my Dinky from the store did have the charm in it's unopened original packaging. I did get some big booklet in an envelope that I think was from Fall 2015 because it was showcasing those styles. Weird and random lol.

How did they explain holding your money? What product did they sell to you? Or did they just take the money to hold?.... Wow.... Sorry to hear you have had such an unpleasant shopping experience.
I got a pair of sneakers. I mentioned that I had to return a whole order of cole haan sneakers because of PU lining. So I was extremely specific about leather lining on these. Q7888. Low top navy leather with baseball stitching detail. Had to go half size down and bought them in the store. Overall, like it.
