Gorgeous collection...congratulations!
I agree with everything you've said. I've had it with spending thousands on a bag that sits in the closet or goes out of style. Also...when was the last time you've bought a leather-lined bag? Even the premium bags are now using faux leather/suede or fabric. JMHO, but Stewart Vevers (Mulberry) and his 1941 collection is changing how Coach is perceived. I bought the Dahlia Dinky and the applique Tea Rose Dinky and love them...plus the optional chain strap changes the look and makes the Dinky look dressier. Great bags for a casual dinner/drinks out!
A lot of buzz, in the bag community, about the Rogue!

I agree Skyqueen and I am happy to say I purchased the Rogue and the tea rose Dinky along with the pink Dinky. Vevers has an incredible resume and I still carry his designs from Mulberry. I sincerely hope people will open their eyes and see the quality of these bags because there is a lot of quality for the dollar.

Now that I have my last PCE purchase in, let me start off by saying a big THANK YOU to the Coach TPF community for welcoming me with warm, open arms! You all have been so helpful and fun! As I have shared with some of you I am in the process of revamping my collection, which includes downsizing a lot from premier designers (LV) that I have quite frankly grown out of aesthetic wise, (i.e., canvas). The rich, quality leathers in the 1941 collection, especially the rogue, really excited me and I am thrilled with the direction Stuart Vevers is taking the brand! I am DONE for the rest of the year (with the exception of tea rose rouge 25 :smile1: ), and will limit myself to 1 bag per season. Make plenty of room for me on ban island! :smile1:

Beautiful selections! Congratulations on the perfect handbag "wardrobe"!
Twins on the Ostrich Rogue (and black, and dahlia saddle bag, and pistachio dinky)..
love the chalk Rogue, but figured she was too similar to the hay/ostrich - now seeing yours side-by-side, I wish I would have purchased it too!

"....one bag per season"? If you stick around the Purse Forum - it's next to impossible!

Here's my new little addition ...My new Dinky in Smoke! LOVE this little bag! It is hard to capture the true color. It isn't black, more like a smokey dark gray. I'm impressed with how buttery the leather is and it smells amaaaazing! My surprise charm was the gold feather - I actually think the gold looks cute on the bag, even though different metals. I also bought the extra chain strap so I can switch it up. [emoji173]️[emoji173]️[emoji173]️

The tag with no price on it wasn't from one of the flower fobs, it's on a large gunmetal horse & carriage charm on a leather cord. It has a style number, but no price at all, not even zeros. I did notice the flower fob that sold on eBay had zeros on the price tag.

*sigh* Right on all counts.

So Sorry. Thanks for clarifying . Now I'm super curious about this charm.

That black glove-tanned leather does strike me as very rich. Also very "crisp" edging on that side picture. (I just had to comment because that picture from the side really does make the leather look nice and refined. :smile1: )

Thanks! I have to say I'm really impressed with the leather. I was expecting it to be stiffer. So the fact that it's so buttery was a nice surprise. The edging is really nice and I love the blue contrast (I'm a sucker for blue lol). It isn't an everyday bag, but it'll be nice when I want something small for crossbody or as a clutch. Being a taller gal I'm VERY happy that the strap is plenty long for crossbody (often that is an issue).

Exactly!! Full, leather lined bag for less than $1000? Not a chance! LV's empreinte bags have textile lining, and they cost $3000+. Their full leather bags (capucines) are upwards of $6000.

Congrats on your tea rose and dahlia dinky!
