I'd call and see if they can ship it from a store. They should give you a discount off your next purchase as well - that's customer service.

Maybe try some leather conditioner...maybe it is just residue from the packing material.
If it is permanent, I would send it back.

I had the same residue on my tote and it just rubbed off with my fingers - did you try that? It was just a surface spot.

I thought about that. I'm conditioning the spot now and it has almost disappeared. Good to know about the kiss lock...[emoji3]
I did but it didn't work. The conditioner seems to be working. It's a lot less visible now...[emoji3]
If it really is residue you can use a damp cloth to gently dab at it...might help.

A last minute desicion. Bought her online around 11:30 Sunday night. [emoji6]. She was here last night - came from a store in NYC. Of course, no stuffing or wrapping so I have no idea if she was display. Anyhoo, she's flawless and my perfect size. I debated colors and decided to go with this classic combo. [emoji7] (I forgot to pull out the hangtags. [emoji5] )
