I honestly don't see how they can refuse the return unless it's stated in writing about the charm. As long as the tags are still attached to the bags and in new condition, it should be returnable.....[emoji1]

Anyone ever have luck with a SA letting them use their PCE discount a day late? I was on vacation for most of the sale and never got a chance to stop by the store, first free time I'll have is tomorrow! I'm thinking about ordering online but I'd love to see the collection in person before ordering if possible.
Sometimes, they do if the SA knows you. Depending on who it is, they will understand.
I usually get the coupons but did not this time - but my friend, who I gave my second coupon to last time, got them! Any clue why this might have happened? I buy more frequently than she does - in fact, she bought one scarf with the coupon last time and that is her only purchase from Coach ever! What gives?!

I did some Christmas shopping. All of the girls in my family are getting the little wristlets that say brave on them. They jumped out at me at a moment when I was feeling like I needed to be a little braver, so I bought them at the last minute.
