Thanks for the opinion ... I hadn't studied the colors very closely ... just far enough to, perhaps too hastily, cross petal off as redundant. :thinkin: ... But ...

Husband asked what was going on that I kept going back and forth to the laptop, I explained, and his opinion is that if there's any difference at all, even slight, we get it. I still had the online code that was attached to my name, since my SA just pulls my name from the store list. So it's ordered online. (Only 20% off, but I can't have SA re-ring it onto my bigger PCE order, because then I'd lose the extra $190 I saved from the cash register's screw-up). .... Ahh, Coach ... the never-ending-game. :laugh:

Thank you so much for posting! The feather is soooo beautiful on the blue Rogue. Perfect for spring!!! And thanks for the comparison with the Ace. I am currently lusting after the fog glove tanned and suede Ace. Dangit. This makes me want that now, too! Just beautiful. Congrats!!!

You're welcome! Yes, it is kind of redundant, but since my feathers are for collecting only I suppose I needed to have both versions. :yes: lol! And yes, you probably needed that one too, after all it's a shade different and has a different name. :laugh:

You're welcome! Coach is making some great styles this year, and it has been so hard to choose just one. The Ace is a great bag, & I don't think you'd have any regrets if you decide to purchase!

I still can't quite believe it .... I actually almost feel guilty. I've always tried to stay loyal to that store though, and that SA in particular, so that the business funnels through them ... so ....... I'll just count it as part of my new year of *good* luck for once (hopefully).

Yeah, for me ... and even for my husband ... this is the first Coach item that I've actually "collected". I can't *not* get these feathers, given all the real feathers that are always floating around our house. :laugh: And I'm surprised at how many colors I'm still waiting for, compared to colors of our birds. I'm waiting for chartreuse, dark grey, dark green, bright red (I'll settle for fire truck red, blood red, ruby red, or true red ;) ), and we used to have a birdie with shiny, iridescent purple. Coach does iridescent leather, so come on Coach, get on it!

I do use mine though ... I'm just really careful about watching those potentially faulty screws, and always attaching safety chains so sticky fingers can't walk away with them.

Went in to the boutique today and they let me exchange my Dinky charm! My options were limited so I went for the 'Lucky' charm, but I'm satisfied.

I also asked after the Dark Denim Rogue and was told they're coming May 8th. My SA is going to contact me about possibly ordering one this Monday.

FWIW I sent back a Dinky to JAX before PCE with an open charm and they accepted the return. It was one of the smiley face emoji plastic ones. I did make a note on my return slip that I would have accepted any other charm but those kind. This was before I knew about going into the boutique to exchange the charm.
