We're getting an MK store sometime within this year in my province. So I can see that being on the rise in popularity.

In Canada, I see a lot of MK and Coach everywhere closely followed by Kate Spade. Dooney and Bourke bags are sold a lot as well though I don't see a lot of people with it. MK feels the most accessible and Kate Spade as I've seen them in Winners. Calvin Klein is something that I see as well. Aldo and Spring. Guess is a huge one, too. Also, Lululemon gym bags. And pants.

But it also depends where within Canada.

Yes - we like to visit the east coast and you see very few designer items there. I think it's lack of availability, especially higher end like LV which until they started selling on line you could only get in the four largest provinces. If people have never even seen a brand they aren't going care about it.

Here in Denmark the designer bags are mostly Louis Vuitton (some real, but unfortunately loads of fakes too), Gucci, Mulberry, but also a few Marc Jacobs, Marc by MJ (just got our first boutique here, yay), Balenciaga, Chloé, Prada, Miu Miu etc.

Most younger people wear highstreet bags - a really popular brand is Friis & co, but unfortunately most of their bags are very "designer-inspired" (as in copies of designer brands with a twist) and often made of plastic :yucky:
Adax leather bags are fairly popular too - often with the 40+ women.
That`s similar to Norway.

I have seen also Furla, Fossil bags popular in Europe, too.

well, in my area (Hollywood/Los Angeles) i see mainly MK on everyone, a lot of LV, and some Chanel or Kate Spade now and again. of course who knows if the bags are real or fake, but by far it's MK that gets the love. i was at the theater last night in downtown LA and was looking at the bags - a lot of Chanel and Coach were there.

I'm in Canada on the east coast and all I see are MK, Kate Spade, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Coach, Fossil, Roots.
For designer brands...honestly I've only seen LV, Chanel, Mulberry, and Hermes and they are really not common. Not a lot of Celine, Prada, or YSL, especially compared to when I was in Asia.

Agree with this but would add I see Givenchy and Dior very often (but only Lady Dior). For contemporary, some Minkoff and tons of Longchamp Pliages everywhere.

As a non-bag aside, when I go out now I feel like every woman is wearing a Mackage coat. For those of you unfamiliar with winter outerwear, it's the ones with a fur hood that goes all around and forms a V in front. They are gorgeous but it does put me off wanting one too.

Wow I've never seen a Dior nor a Givenchy!!

Yes, completely forgot about Longchamp, they're literally everywhere. Minkoff came and went here but I agree, I saw them a lot for a while. You're probably in TO if you're seeing a lot of Mackage, I see them a fair bit here but not nearly as much as Canada Goose.

haha, I'm in Montreal so it should make sense now. It's the home of Mackage, Rudsak, M0185 and also Soïa & Kyo (although I don't see it much or just don't recognize it). I forgot to mention that Rudsak and M0185 bags are also very popular here. I just got a gorgeous black satchel from Rudsak this past Black Friday :smile1:

The only Givenchy bags I see (repeatedly) are the Pandora and the Antigona. The Lady Diors tend to be carried by well coiffed older ladies. I also see the Hermes Evelyne a lot... but never any Birkins or Kellys!

In Russia it's always LV and Chanel (I guess many fakes though). In my city there're also many Furla and MK bags everywhere! Also a bit of braccialini here and there.

In Australia its mainly the Prada Saffiano and Michael Kors Selma literally every girl that has a job owns one...

Also the Louis Vuitton Nano Noe or Nano Speedy apparently, because I have been put on a waiting list for them :( (I've only actually seen one on my friend)
