Now and then i do see some LV, Kate Spade, Burberry, Chanel .. but the first group i listed i can almost guarantee i will see at least some from those or almost all.
in Ireland the only bags I've seen are michael kors and occasionally I'll see a Marc by Marc Jacobs (rare though). I'm not living in Dublin but visit there often and don't even see designer stuff there.
In london the most popular designer handbags are mulberry, lv, Michael kors and longchamp. When shopping in selfridges, Harrods , white city Westfield you see bit more Hermes and chanel.
