I live in nj and coach seems to be the big thing here. Old women and 12 year old girls carry that brand! I see a lot of longchamp- the nylon ones and rebecca minkoff bags (i live in a college town), and when im at my moms everyone carries vera bradley or lilly pulitzer totes. I sometimes feel overdressed w my lv.

As far as premiere designers go, all the ladies from the ame and baptist churches up the street have GORGEOUS lv bags. Its like a mono parade when church lets out. Thats pretty much all ive noticed, but i will be keeping my eyes peeled!!

I live in Toronto, Ontario. It seems to vary a lot based on which part of the city you're in. I live in Jane-Finch and most people here carry fakes, but I've definitely seen some real bags which tend to be Coach. Markham and other areas with lots of Asian people seem to have LOTS of LV bags. Downtown is a hodgepodge, I can't name many bags I haven't seen. Birkin, LV, Coach, Chanel, Gucci, Prada. One thing rings true though basically everywhere in the city I've seen, people carry Michael Kors. It's very very popular here. Which is good by me, I love Michael Kors :)

Back home in Halifax, Nova Scotia you tend to see a lot of Coach, Guess, and some LV. There are a lot of fake Guess, Gucci, LV, and Chanel.

Here in Maastricht I see a lot of LV (more specifically, a lot of vernis almas!!!).

I am here in US-Atlanta, Georgia, and here you pretty much see them all- however coach probably is the front runner and I still tend to see an occasional Dooney. There tons of LV and Gucci to see..(some fake). I haven't seen so much of MK or Birkins. I was born in Detroit and the MK bags are all the rave there and my husband is military an we just left Killeen, Texas and Coach is still Reign Supreme there! However, I tend to change my lover of choice (my bag lol) quite frequently, and my new "lover" is Henri Bendel...i don't chooses my lovers by the price I choose by how they make me feel... And rt now he does the trick! Lol. It's classic, well crafted, and they took the designs to a new level with shaping and colors...and they managed to stay on trend....
Moving to Germany in Feb so I can't wait to see what's trending there!

I was based in Manila for 5 years and I noticed the most common bag among women both middle class and upper class is the Longchamp Le pliage nylon.

Manila:
College girls/ Rich exclusive school girls - LV and Prada

Rich Older women would sport BALLY , LV, Prada, Tods

Those rich chinese women in Manila loves BALLY, Salvatore Ferragamo, TODS, Furla, Longchamp, Mulberry, LV, and Gucci

Middle class women or those office girls would be seen sporting Coach, sometimes Michael Kors, Liz Claiborne, Tory Burch.

The social climbers would be often seen saving for Balenciaga, LV.

The prostitutes will be seen with foreign men inside Louis Vuitton asking for LV bags and wallets.

The socialites will always sport their Chanels, Hermes, Prada, Marc Jacobs, and a local brand known as Celestina

And a very small percentage of fashionable women would be seen with Givenchy, Comme Des Garcons, Alexander Wang, Proenza Schouler, Chloe, Lanvin ,and Celine

In Paris: Longchamp

In Hong Kong: Longchamp , Coach, Prada, Agnes B., Louis Vuitton, and Chanel

In New York: Marc Jacobs, Prada, LV, and Gucci

In Shanghai : Louis Vuitton, Prada, Bally, Gucci, and Ferragamo.
