OKAY!!!

For shirts/sweaters/blazers/jackets

Anything from aritzia, zara also a bit and lately urban outfitters.

For pants....it's pretty much designer denim and TNA leggings.

For scarves, it's designer or aritzia...

For shoes it's urban outfitters sandals...and my main shoe brands are louboutin, chanel, marc jacobs, lanvin, converses etc.

And for handbags it's designer only but the ones I carry the most are my chloe, balenciaga, marc jacobs and chanels :p

In a pinch, I know I'll find something in the conservative/professional vein at Banana Republic. For everyday items, I love J.Crew--I seem woefully unable of entering their shop without leaving with several items.

But when I'm truly fashion-oriented shopping, when I want to find items that I'll feel fabulous in and just ache to wear again, I usually head to Barneys or Neimans. The enormous selection ensures I'll find something to love. My mainstay brands are Vince, Alice+Olivia, Elizabeth and James, and Theory. I especially love Elizabeth and James--without a doubt, I know I'll find several things to covet from their lineup.

For denim, Paper Denim & Cloth and James Jeans are my favorites. I'm skinny with an hourglass shape, and jeans tend to be too large in the waist if they fit in the hips. These brands seem to offer the best fit for me.

J. Crew - Cashmere sweaters, chinos, jackets, shirts, suits, jeans, some coats
Ralph Lauren/Rugby - Oxford shirts, polos, rugby shirts, jackets
Burberry/Milly - Coats
Chanel/Tory Burch/Lanvin/Burberry - Ballet flats
Miu Miu/Chloe/Marc Jacobs/Hogan/Burberry - Bags

I mostly wear American Apparel shirts, Bullhead jeans from Pacsun, Forever 21, I have a pair of acid wash Vanilla Star jeans that I practically live in these days. For the last few months, I did most of my shopping online at Ebay (bad habit) for vintage items.

I have a lot of things from Christopher Fischer (mostly cashmere) since my mom works there part time, she gets a nice discount.

I own a few pieces (on sale) from Nation LTD, they make such soft shirts! If only I could afford them lol.

I'm a terrible shopper and tend to completely ignore all the shops which I don't consider "my shops" - this means I sometimes miss out on some great clothes but I'm a creature of habit. :shrugs:
Favourite brands (just clothes though I love quality and comfortable shoes and bags but am not a single-brand devotee):
Ralph Lauren (especially for polos, jumpers and casual shirts)
Gant (especially for jumpers and casual shirts)
DKNY (jeans)
Diesel (jeans)
Whistles (dresses, knitwear, tops)
Reiss (dresses, tops)
Joseph (for cashmere, knitwear and casual shirts)
Compotoir des Cottonniers (dresses, knitwear, tops)
Jack Wills (for pjs, casual shirts, jogging bottoms and hoodies - much better quality than A&F, IMO)
Gap (I wear their men's clothes :shrugs: : cotton and cashmere jumpers, and white tshirts - love the longer loose fit of those)
Zara (for trendy pieces)
Brora (cashmere)

Coats and jackets are my investment pieces so I usually splurge on those or get them tailor made (jackets in particular). I also like Barbour.

Ehh, I wish we had J.Crew in Britain!
