OK......replace 'thong' with 'flip-flop".....we here Down Under call flip-flops (that you wear on your feet) "thongs". LOL...little did I know it wouldn't translate.....

It was a big compliment - It's a thrill when taking a long walk on a deserted beach in Australia to discover a thong washed up on the shore......like discovering a treasure....hope that makes sense!!
