waterproof or long last hard to smudge eyeliner

I don't know if Bobbi Brown's Gel Eyeliner is waterproof, but it never smudges on me and lasts until I remove my makeup at night. It's really great, and easy to apply.

Cool again. I don't usually like liquid liner though, for some reason it cracks on me and looks gross. Does this come in the crayon (thats what I call it) version?
