Day 2 of spraying:
None of my pairs darkened like Natalie's pairs. I wonder if I sprayed enough. I also brushed the suede of my MBBs again and the suede is getting more even and fluffly everywhere What is the best way to clean your suede brush? I used a cloth to remove the suede bits. Is that ok?

They look fantastic!!! So far, I've sprayed my suede Balotas, my jade ADs (the pics I posted were after spraying) and last night, my LP Batiks!!! It works so well --- my Batiks are now waterproof!!! (I tested the python on the tip). Thanks Nat!!! 
Just a note to anyone who is spraying their Batiks: don't forget to spray the tip. On first spray I didn't spray them well and got very minor dye leakage when I tested. The rest of the shoe was A-OK though.
Now to spray my PP ADs --- I'm a little nervous to do these because they're light in color. I am going to spray them from far away and do multiple coats...

Yayyyy Dessye! I am going to go see the pics of your ADs! Don't worry about the PP ADs. It went very well! Did you spray more than one coat and then left it over night and did the same again? I only sprayed one coat both times. Is that why mine did not darken? Should I apply another coat tomorrow?
Thank you so much for all this info Natalie! I am so happy that I got this product to protect my exotic and suede CLs! I can now wear my shoes with peace of mind!
The skin is not supposed to darken. It's supposed to return to its original color after the spraying. I sprayed one coat each time. The bottle says to spray once, leave it for 30 minutes and spray it again. When I did my jade ADs, I waited the 30 minute interval before spraying again. Did I mention that it evened out the color of my jade AD's?
There were bald and lighter spots before.

I know they are supposed to go back to their original color but what I mean is that mine did not even darken as I was spraying them lol Maybe I was too far? I sprayed arms length away. Ohh I did not apply a second coat like the bottle said because I read Nats instructions and I thought she said to spray them one time. Should I spray them again?

At Pasquales today they mentioned that they do not "treat" the metallic WS ... is this right? I was wondering about that.

Well, to be honest, I moistened the surrounding areas with more color and tried to blend them into the spots with less color. Maybe this helped?
I wouldn't necessarily recommend doing this because if you use too much water, it will cause the color to bleed excessively and you may end up ruining the shoes.I better go back in this thread and read again. I thought you were supposed to apply two coats?
I think you can. I know carlinha used a product on her metallic exotics. I would spray mine! Check with Nat to be sure but I think metallic exotics can be sprayed.

Ok. I wish I could send mine to you and you could blend the color of my Jade Jennys for me lol
I am too scared lol I think its ok either way. Its not like you went against the bottle's instructions and applied 4 coats or something lol I will spray mine again tomorrow to be sure they are properly protected!
I sprayed mine three times already. Twice when I first received them and once more before wearing them to an outside wedding. No grass stains and they look great. It even made them more shiny.

Yeah I may have to quote Nat here to get her opinion. That didn't seem right when they told me that which is weird. I may also call the CL boutique
Nat; Sorry to bug you again; I took my LD's in for red soles today to Pasquales and they said that the Saba's they don't stain resist/spray is that right?
