Was promised a callback to treat my bag?

Hey guys so I bought a medium swagger back in October at a nearby FP store. The SA that helped me told me she would give me a call back in 3-4 months to see how the bag was doing and so I could get a complimentary bag cleaning or something? It's May and I never got a call. Was that just a sales gimmick? Was I supposed to check back in with them or something?

Yes, call them and see when's a good time to take the bag for a checkup! This is a relatively new service they are offering. Chances are, your SA might have left or something, who knows?

Ok I'll probably be in that general area sometime this week so I'll call in and ask!
