WHOA ! Huge congrats ! :woohoo:
This is a major victory you, and also one for all of us that use PP.
Thank you for that! :D
I know you still may have to fight, but now Chase has your back, and I bet you feel so much more optimistic! :dothewave:

Great news Kristie!!! I am SO happy!!! :D:D

(Although I am also still secretly hoping this buyer gets what she deserves...)

He/she probably will. Paypal is not going to take such a huge hit lying down. In cases of a smaller dollar amount they probably would. However, they will likely go after the buyer to recoup the funds. Though they would be entirely wrong for doing it (not taking buyers side, just explaining how it would work) because they are the ones that conducted the investigation, found in her favor, and told her to destroy the bag (regardless of whether she did or not).

Looks like Chase is going to put up a fight for the ACH debit so they wont be successful there.

Amazing news! Congratulations!!!

Small question though: what is an ACH transaction?
It means it was a direct debit from my checking account vs. a credit card or even an ATM card. Almost like a wire transfer, same idea......apparently, this is what saved my a$$.

LOL. I wish I could be a fly on the wall when PAYPAL sees $11K taken out of THEIR account!!!! Chase said they already took it from them a few days ago when I initiated the chargeback. Because it was an ACH transaction, the money went out of their account and into mine immediately!

Take that you jerkoffs at PP!!!
